How do I add new products to my store?
You can easily add new digital products to your store via the "store manager" area. The process includes providing a product name, image, short and long description, and price. You will also be required to upload a short mp3 shown as a preview on the store consisting of the sounds included. Please note that all products must be approved by our team before being published on the store.
Is my product immediately published upon submission?
No, all products must be reviewed and approved by our team before being published on the store. Our team might also edit the product image and information to ensure it aligns with the style of other products on the site.
Is it mandatory to provide a demo for digital products?
Yes, all digital products must be accompanied by a demo between 30 - 90 seconds to be showcased on the store. The demo can include various loops, drums or melodies included in the pack.
How do I receive payments for my products?
During registration, you will have the option to select your preferred payment method (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). You will receive payment for your products once per month (25th each month), in accordance with the terms you have chosen. Please note that a commission will be deducted from the total cost of the product.
Is a credit or debit card required to create a shop?
No, you can also choose to use PayPal or wire transfer as your payment method. You also have the option to change your payment method at any time.
Can I sell physical products on the store?
Yes, you have the option to sell physical products such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc., which will be customized with your logo or image of choice by our team. Shipping will be automated for your convenience.
