Platform: Fadrr provides a platform for independent artists to sell sample packs and merch directly to their audience.

Eligibility: To sell on our platform, you must be an independent artist who owns the rights to the content you upload.

Content: You may upload sample packs, presets, loops, and other digital products, as well as physical merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, and stickers.

Revenue split: We want to make sure you understand how much money you’re earning when using Fadrr to showcase and sell your products. We want to have a fair deal with all creators where you will receive 50% of the revenue from both digital and physical products sold after transaction and administrative fees, excluding VAT.

To keep things running smoothly, we use Paypal and Stripe to process easy payments who charge a fee per transaction. A total of $1 will be deducted from each transaction sale to cover these costs. This helps us keep offering products that cost less than $10 without making a negative result.
Here’s an example to show how this works: Let’s say you sell a digital product for $20 excluding VAT. A total of $20 is made in revenue, you will receive 50%, which is $10. In total, your final share of the revenue will be $10. We hope this explanation helps you understand our revenue sharing policy, and know that we care about being open and sustainable.

Licensing: By uploading your content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of promoting our platform and your products.

Intellectual property: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use any intellectual property contained in your content.

Payment: We provide flexible payout options for our sellers. If you have registered a business, you are eligible to invoice us at any time once your balance has reached or exceeded $25. In case you do not have a registered business, we offer convenient payouts through our trusted partner Gigapay on the 25th of every month. We strive to ensure a seamless and reliable payment experience for all our valued sellers.

Gigapay: If a user chooses to receive payouts through our partner Gigapay, Gigapay pays out a salary to the individual, and the amount paid out will be subject to deduction for social fees/taxes. Gigapay works by providing a platform for individuals to receive salary payments, and offers additional services such as tax management and benefits administration.

Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our platform, including sales tax, value-added tax, and any other applicable taxes. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to pay any taxes.

Content restrictions: You may not upload any content that violates any law, infringes any intellectual property rights, or is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, we will remove your content from our platform within 30 days.

By creating a seller account on Fadrr, the artist agrees to these terms and conditions.
